This document is the official offer of the online store Plit Market to conclude a sales contract for goods with any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”).
Plit Market undertakes to transfer sheet materials into the ownership of the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the goods in accordance with the terms of this offer.
2.1. The Buyer places an order independently through the Website.
2.2. The order becomes valid after confirmation by the manager.
3.1. Current prices are indicated on the Website.
3.2. Payment is made by bank transfer or upon receipt (if applicable).
3.3. The final cost may include delivery expenses.
4.1. Delivery is carried out across Ukraine by delivery services or by self-pickup.
4.2. Risks for the goods are transferred to the Buyer after the goods are handed over to the delivery service.
5.1. Returns are carried out in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
5.2. Goods of proper quality may be returned within 14 days, provided their commercial appearance is preserved.
6.1. The Parties shall be liable in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
6.2. The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers.

8.1. Placing an order confirms the Buyer’s agreement with the terms of this offer.
8.2. The contract is considered concluded from the moment the order is placed.
